2. Scope of Services

Coho is a premium custom interior design and turnkey execution service provider.

• Bespoke Execution: We do not operate an online store, e-commerce catalog, or sell pre-made/stock interior goods.
• Site Checking & Design: All project bookings are subject to an initial site-checking and space verification process. If the site matches our operational guidelines, we will create custom designs and fabricate materials specifically for your project.
• Delivery & Installation: We deliver raw/semi-finished custom materials to your property and coordinate the direct final installation/turnkey handover on-site.

3. Consultation Booking & Verification

When you submit a “Book Consultation” or inquiry form on our website:

• You agree to provide accurate site details, contact number, and email.
• We reserve the right to decline site assessments or consultation requests based on property location, suitability, or scheduling conflicts.
• An initial online/telephone consultation does not constitute a binding agreement to execute on-site work.

4. Design & Intellectual Property

All concepts, 3D renderings, floor plans, material libraries, structural drawings, and images uploaded or displayed on this website or shared during consultations remain the exclusive intellectual property of Coho.

You are granted a limited license to view these designs for project evaluation only. You may not copy, reproduce, share with third-party vendors, or execute the design drawings independently without an active, signed Execution Agreement and written authorization from Coho.

5. Final Project Agreements

All formal projects, budgets, payment schedules, material specifications, fabrication processes, on-site timelines, and delivery milestones are governed exclusively by a physical **Project Execution Agreement** signed between you and Coho prior to the start of site work.

The descriptions, pricing indicators, or estimations displayed on this website are for illustrative purposes only and do not form part of any legal offer.

6. Limitation of Liability

The materials and info on Coho's website are provided on an "as is" basis. Coho makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties. Further, Coho does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy or reliability of using the materials on this website.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana for any legal action.
